Project Hunting is one of the essential activities of what makes SCORE unique amongst other standing committees – as without project hunting, NMOs would not be able to host incomings and or send outgoings for research exchanges. Regardless of that importance, project hunting also does not come easy in its application and implementation. With that, SCORE CIMSA UGM present ProHunt 101 – Training on Project Hunting, which aims to introduce basics, essentials and procedures of Project Hunting to members of 2021.
This training was held on 18th August 2022 through Zoom Meetings, starting with brief ice breaking session from LORE CIMSA UGM and introduction of PC SCORE CIMSA – Aliifah Hanantika, as trainer for the day. Pre-test is then given and the training begins! Kak Alka explains extensively on the importance and flow of ProHunt as well as giving tons of tips and tricks to achieve a successful ProHunt – in either online or offline setting. Kak Alka also gave us the opportunity to see an actual Project Form and elaborate on how it should be filled properly. This training ends with a QnA session, followed by post-test, evaluation form as well as documentation session.
Through this training, we gain so much new knowledge on Project Hunting and is very enthusiastic in implementing them in CIMSA UGM to bring more projects to IFMSA Research Exchange!!
